Noissime was founded in 2024 in the United Kingdom by a team of sustainability professionals, engineers, and data scientists who shared a common frustration: carbon accounting was unnecessarily complex, fragmented, and inaccessible to most organisations. As a carbon accounting company, we saw first-hand how outdated tools and manual processes were holding back real climate progress.
Enterprise sustainability teams were drowning in spreadsheets, chasing suppliers for data, and spending months compiling reports that were outdated by the time they were finished. Small and mid-sized organisations were locked out entirely, unable to afford the consultants and tooling required to even get started.
